Women small business owners are the backbone of our economy in good times, and even more important in times when things are a bit more shaky. Our economy has weathered economic storms before, several just in the time I have been in the business world. One thing is certain, when you look for opportunity you'll find it. One other thing I have learned...the safest way to fail is not to try in the first place. I have failed at 100 percent of the businesses I did not start. While I have had ups and downs in my businesses - and even chosen to close down a few businesses over the years, I have yet to have a single business I see as a "failure."

Success is not only possible, it is mandatory. When you are a WAHM, you have others depending on your success. Succeeding as a WAHM means so much more than money, it means being an example of success for your kids.
